Dental caravans, Morocco
Between 17 to 22 November 2008 we attended at the first humanitarian campaign in Western Sahara, in Laayoune, Morocco.
The initiators of the campaign
The mission was organized by the Association of Romanian – Moroccan Friendship with the support and direct assistance to the Ministry of Health in Morocco with Renault Dacia Group as a sponsor. Our medical team, composed of 8 Romanian doctors, has moved in Morocco in Laayoune and Tarfaya Saharan regions where we made medical treatments to almost 1,000 patients from disadvantaged categories.
